Calling ALL Republicans & Patriots!

Please join us as a DeKalb GOP Poll Watcher for the Municipal and Special Elections in DeKalb County, Georgia. We just learned that there now will be 18 days of Early Voting inclusive of two Saturdays and two Sundays with 8 precincts to monitor and two shifts of two per-daySix of these early voting precincts will also have absentee drop boxes available during published early voting hours. This means that we have 576 slots to fill – and WE NEED YOU to help us restore FITness – Faith, Integrity & Trust in our elections! Deadline to Sign-Up as an Early Voting Poll Watcher is Friday, October 8th.

Kindly note the following:

  • All Republicans and Patriots are welcome to volunteer to observe the elections.  You do not need to be a Georgia and/or DeKalb County Resident.  If you are coming in from out-of-town or state, you will have to make your own travel and transportation arrangements.  There will not be any compensation or reimbursements.
  • You must pick up your badge/credentials in-person on Monday, October 11, 2021 between the hours of 8:00 am – 4:30 pm EST at the DeKalb Voter Registration and Elections Office which is located at 4380 Memorial Drive, Suite 300, Decatur, GA  30032-1239.  Please plan ahead as this task cannot be delegated to a surrogate.
  • You will be standing for long periods of time; it is strongly recommended that you wear comfortable clothing and shoes.  You cannot wear any campaign type of clothing.
  • Masks are required!!  They must be worn properly at all times – NOSE and MOUTH are to be fully covered at all times.
  • Training is required and will be available via Zoom.  There will be several sessions of training, on demand training will be available as well.  All volunteers will also have to review the training manual.
  • Polls will be open on weekdays (M-F) from 7 AM to 7 PM.  As a poll watcher, you will also be observing the set-up and/or break down of the precinct.  There will be two shifts per day comprised of two people per shift/precinct.  Shift One will be from 6:00 am – 1:00 pm EST and Shift Two will be from 1:00 pm EST to approximately 8:00 pm EST.  
  • Weekend Early Voting will be available on Saturday, October 16 and Saturday October 23 from 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.  Shift One will be from 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM and Shift Two will be from 1:30 PM – 7:00 PM.
  • You will be responsible for providing your own transportation to and from the precinct.
  • Note: it is best to view this Sign-Up Genius on a computer.  If are viewing from a smart phone than there are multiple pages, so you will need to click through the pages to find your desired location(s) and time slot(s).
  • To VOLUNTEER: Each volunteer must register individually for your credentials to be issued.
