Staying true to my commitment to FITness- Faith, Integrity and Trust in our elections, my leadership has brought to bear attention and action in elections reform. I am pleased to share with you that on March 2, 2023 the Georgia Senate passed SB222 by a vote of 33-23.—a bill that prohibits the outside influence in Georgia’s elections and has been called by the Heritage Action “a blueprint for stopping 3rd party money from influencing our elections.” This bill is now making its’ way through the Georgia House. At this time, this is the only election integrity bill that is in play in the Georgia Assembly. As many of you know, I filed a complaint on February 7, 2023 against DeKalb County and the DeKalb County Registrations and Elections Board with the Georgia State Elections Board. Additionally, I requested an Open Records Request (ORR). Due to the outrage of many, I am pleased to share that Fox News has confirmed that an investigation has been opened by the Georgia State Elections Board and Secretary of State’s Office. I look forward to keeping you apprised of both the SB222’s progress and the pending investigation.

Last Call to Preregister for the DeKalb GOP County Convention on Saturday, March 11th at 10 AM. Preregistration will close at NOON on Friday, March 10, 2023.
