I am excited to announce that the DeKalb County Republican Party has taken a pivotal step to protect the integrity of Georgia’s elections. Today, we announced the filing of our historic lawsuit against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, citing serious violations of state and federal security requirements that protect the security of our electronic voting systems.

This lawsuit, filed in Fulton County Superior Court, exposes the significant vulnerabilities in our current election system, alleging that anyone with access to these systems could alter election results without detection. These alarming security breaches jeopardize the integrity of the 2024 General Election, and we are standing up to ensure that every Georgian’s vote is secure and transparent.

I recently sat down with Emerald Robinson on her show, The Absolute Truth, which was the lead story on FrankSpeech, to discuss this lawsuit and the urgent need for election security. You can watch the interview at the 3:41 mark here. Be sure to tune in to learn more about this crucial fight for election integrity.

A hearing has been set for September 30, 2024, and we will continue to demand transparency, accountability, and compliance with the law from state officials. Our mission is to ensure that every Georgian can trust the integrity of the election process.

This is a critical moment for our state, and your continued support is vital. Please stay engaged as we move toward Election Day, and thank you for standing with us in this fight for a fair and secure election.

We will Fight, Fight, Fight to Protect the Vote and to ensure FITnessFaith, Integrity, and Trust in our elections!  Stay tuned for more updates, and thank you for your unwavering support.  Thank you.
